    Several Crosti 9Fs worked on the Great Central during 1964 and most/all Crostis were allocated to Sheds in the North-West in the final days of steam. So a fairly wide geographic spread.

    Now that is a good suggestion David. I'm surprised Dapol didn't announce one after the Hornby OO model came out. Go for it Dapol--you know it makes sense!

    My dad loves these locos and he also loves BR 9F "Evening Star" in it's BR green livery. So I'm sure he'll buy them if they ever come out. I guess I missed the first run of "Evening Star"
