I can assure you that a majority of the people buying it won't like an incorrect pantograph...

The Sommerfeldt 821 isn't far out, just missing the crossover at the base.

Thanks for the heads up, I think these are great suggestions, thank you.

The Dapol Class 86 doesn't have the tooling yet to model the Class 86s with cross-arm pantographs. The Dapol Class 86 only has the tooling for the Bracknell-Willis and Stone-Faiveley pantographs.

How about the Rainhill trials pair novelty and sanspareil.. almost large logo blue with "additions".

Note that one Class 86's carried the ETL and Colas Rail livery. The same name "Orion" also stayed. So if both are being considered, do them as different numbers. I'm fairly certain ETL and Colas had 2 locos each. IIRC Colas took over the ETL locos. So you can always swap numbers and liveries in a future batch (if sales are good)

    Hi Joel,

    Apart from these:-
    - ETL
    - RfD Europe
    - Colas Rail

    Maybe you can consider:-
    - BR Blue (another running number?)
    - Intercity Executive (with the Executive grey wrapped around the front)
    - Virgin Trains Caledonian

ETL, RfD Europe and Serco Caledonian Sleeper are must haves for me. Just need to rob a bank ad get the Caley one before it sells out.

Yes, I think another batch of Class of 86's is on the cards. I like your suggestions, do we have any more?

Neil Dapol and Joel Dapol is there any scope for a further run of Class 86s in 2021? Would really love to see these in ETL, RfD Europe and Colas Rail liveries.

Neil Dapol Now that we know there's livery samples already on the inspection tables at Dapol HQ, is there a better idea about the production and delivery dates for the Class 86s?
