Is there any update on the next batch of 86s?

We are working through the livery sheets now and should post something here shortly -
Any updates on the artwork? If you'll can post for review just like how Neil did so for the HSTs and Class 142s that would be great.
Personally I don't doubt the colours chosen as I have the Caledonian one on order and judging by the Caledonian Class 68 I think you'll nailed the shade of blue.

Andy, Neil, how easy would it be to have modified tooling to produce a version with headcodes in blue with the white top and small yellow panel? The only N gauge model in this guise as far as I am aware was the old Lima model.Comment

Would it be possible to share the RAL codes you'll are using when you'll share images of either the artwork or painted EPs? I'd like to design a Mk3 sleeper to fit the Dapol Mk3 coach chassis and I'd like to match the shade of blue on the Caledonian Sleeper version.

Note that one Class 86's carried the ETL and Colas Rail livery. The same name "Orion" also stayed. So if both are being considered, do them as different numbers. I'm fairly certain ETL and Colas had 2 locos each. IIRC Colas took over the ETL locos. So you can always swap numbers and liveries in a future batch (if sales are good)Last edited by JeremiahBunyan; 18 August 2020, 16:49. -
