What decoder?

I've fitted a Farish (blue) decoder in my 33 and it runs very nicely. However, I've been advised that it is a little too large and could melt the roof. Digitrax dz126in, ctdcx76z, lenz silver or gold, zimo have been advised as alternatives instead. Any thoughts?

Hello Graham, We use the Gaugemaster DCC23 without any issue on our factory fitted DCC versions.
