Information: Autum 2017 Class 68 (OO) production

As I write production is being completed for the 2nd batch of OO class 68s.
Here's some photos of the production samples. All nameplates are supplied loose with a slightly undersized printed version on the loco. We have produced the intermediate version of 68015 (without handrails) and 68010 'Oxford flyer' Since these models depict the 68s a little later in life AAR sockets are now fitted where appropriate.
One or two minor internal improvements included including an improved fitting for sound decoders and speaker.

Andy Dapol Hi Andy, sorry must of missed this post. Great that the 68s have been further improved with the disc brakes around the wheels. I see from these images, on the DRS examples, these were always the correct side of the green fade. Browsing model railway magazines in Smiths today, I saw confirmation of the other side is now corrected. Looks great!

I can confirm it has the brake discs fitted they look supper. These latest class 68s are excellent the printing on the body is first class
